Indoor Cycling

Our Indoor Cycling Studio is welcoming to all fitness levels. We offer several different class rides that will get your heart pumping and body moving. In addition, Simons Says Fitness offers cutting edge training programs to enhance performance and overall fitness. Until an individual knows his or her current fitness level, it is almost impossible to realistically create goals and monitor progress. We teach and educate each person that enters our doors the importance of such items as: power meters, heart rate monitors, cadence/rpm, threshold zones, and field testing.  We believe that our biofeedback tools and training concepts are an essential piece to results and is what sets us apart from other Indoor Cycling Programs.
